- Built and expanded Vzite CRM, a modular real estate platform using Laravel and React, covering customer, deal, call center, and accounting workflows.
- Implemented role-based access control (RBAC) with granular permissions for agents, managers, and departments.
- Designed a customizable workflow engine to automate internal processes, trigger external webhooks, and send rule-based notifications.
- Integrated Meta Lead Ads, Bayut, and Property Finder lead sources into Vzite CRM, helping the platform handle 3,000+ leads daily across multiple external channels with automated assignment and tracking workflows.
- Built a centralized property listing API with synchronization to Dubai Land Department, Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.

In addition to AI-driven career support, Careerty offers structured and informal mentorship programs supported by built-in collaboration tools, enabling meaningful mentor–mentee engagement and career growth.
Shamel Delivery Platform
shamel.website a multi-module delivery and marketplace platform supporting Grocery, Food, Pharmacy, E-commerce, and Parcel services. Implemented the end-to-end order lifecycle including store processing, delivery dispatch, COD/digital payments, and real-time tracking. Configured zone-based delivery coverage, multi-store management, OTP authentication, multi-language support (LTR/RTL), analytics dashboards, promotions, and multiple payment gateways, enabling scalable on-demand logistics and marketplace operations.
